Paragon Aerospace Engineering (PAE Corporation) is a small, woman owned business located in DeLand, Florida that specializes in the design, manufacturing, testing and repair of electrical wire harnesses, cable assemblies and box assemblies.
PAE has the in house capabilities to design complete harness assemblies from start to finish, including drawings, supporting documentation, first articles, prototypes and complete production runs. We also provide post production services such as repair and spare parts to support customer needs.
We manufacture a wide variety of harness and cable assemblies that are adaptable to most circular and rectangular connector interfaces used in today’s market. These include conventional, modular, fiber optic and coaxial assemblies. These assemblies can be supplied as either conduit based systems, box enclosure or wire bundles to meet your requirements.
PAE holds an FAA production approval for the manufacturing of aircraft electrical wiring harnesses and is also certified as an FAA approved repair station. With these capabilities PAE can offer new production harnesses with FAA certification and provide repairs of harnesses to manufacturer specifications that also include FAA return to service certification.
We can also provide build to print capabilities with competitive pricing on both labor and material. Should you decide to supply the parts, we can provide labor only quotations to meet your requirements.
Along with these services, PAE can supply the value added service of providing harness subassembly pieces in kit form for your staff to perform final assembly and test. This service would include conduit termination, wire cutting, kitting of parts, identification marker label printing and other related services necessary to meet your needs.
